Who writes our content

Articles are written by the NeuroBite Editorial Team. Where a qualified professional has reviewed a page, their name and qualification are shown on that page. We never list a reviewer who has not actually reviewed the content.

Our principles

  • Educational, never prescriptive: we do not give individual doses or diagnoses
  • No claims that food or supplements cure or treat autism or ADHD
  • Careful language that reflects the strength of the evidence
  • Respect for neurodivergent children, sensory needs and safe foods
  • References to reputable sources for health claims

Updates and corrections

Each article shows when it was last updated. If you spot an error, please contact us and we will review and correct it.

Commercial independence

Some supplement listings include affiliate links, which are always disclosed. Commercial relationships do not change our evidence ratings or editorial content.

NeuroBite is educational and does not replace medical advice. Talk to your child's doctor, dietitian or feeding therapist before changing their diet or starting supplements.
