Delete your account and data
Use this form to request permanent deletion of your Neurobite account and the data linked to it. We confirm by email to the address on the account.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and profile details
- Child profiles, meal plans, tracker logs and questionnaire answers
- Community posts, comments, likes, saves and uploaded media
Billing and invoice records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires, then removed. Requests are completed within 30 days; an active subscription is cancelled as part of the process.
